One of the most important responsibilities of your community manager is making regular visits to your community. This allows your manager to proactively identify maintenance needs and continually check on the operating services of the property. ADAM, LLC is committed to having your community manager visit your property a minimum of every 21 days.
You will have one point of contact for all needs! No large call centers, general email inboxes, or getting transferred from person to person.
If needed, ADAM, LLC will hire employees for your community. The managers can even be on-site if your community requires it. These new employees would be supervised and paid through ADAM, LLC.
