Our Team

James Rudisell Owner/CEO

Hello, my name is James Rudisell, and I am proud to serve as the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of A Different Association Management, LLC—more commonly known as A.D.A.M. LLC.

My wife, Catherine Rudisell, and I officially acquired the company on November 27, 2024. Prior to taking ownership, I dedicated the last four years to managing HOA associations, overseeing a portfolio of 25 communities. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within community management.

As we move forward, my vision for A.D.A.M. LLC is to blend innovation with tradition. I am committed to maintaining the core values and operational structures that have made this company a trusted name in association management since its founding in 2000. At the same time, I believe in continuously evolving—introducing modern practices and technologies that allow us to serve our communities more efficiently, transparently, and effectively.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. We’re excited for the road ahead and honored to support the communities we serve.

I’m eager and passionate about building on that experience and bringing a responsive, detail-oriented, and homeowner focused approach to my new role. My goal is to build rapport and relationships with Board Members and homeowners to ensure your community remains a well-managed and welcoming place to call home. Please feel free to reach out with any questions, concerns, or just to say hello- I’m here to help!

Catherine Rudisell

I have lived in Tucson for most of my life and call it home. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Family Studies and Human Development and worked in youth programs as well as case management, then later went back to school at Pima Medical Institute for Radiography. I have worked as an X-Ray and CT Tech for a while but am now an owner of ADAM LLC with my husband James and I work with our company now! I love spending time with my family and friends, going to church, traveling, reading, exercising, and trying new restaurants.

Bonnie Charles Community Association Manager

I am a Tucson native, graduating from Sunnyside High School and Pima College. My career has been in real estate management, starting with managing smaller family-owned properties. As my career grew, so did the size of my properties and communities to the point of overseeing large portfolios of apartment communities. I began managing HOA communities in 2021. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, traveling and spending time with my  friends and family.
